Terms of Service

By using Majik's Media ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Magic Unicorn.

1. License scope

Tracks licensed through the Service are provided under the tier specified at purchase. Licenses are non-exclusive (except where stated), worldwide, and perpetual. Each license covers a single project identified at purchase.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not: (a) resell or redistribute the track as a standalone audio product; (b) register the track with a PRO or any rights collection organization; (c) claim authorship of the underlying composition; (d) use the track in content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

3. PRO exemption

All tracks are AI-generated. Magic Unicorn makes best efforts to keep the catalog exempt from PRO administration. If any track licensed through the Service receives a PRO royalty claim, we will indemnify the licensee per the License Guarantee published on the Licenses page.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, license fees are non-refundable once a download has occurred, except where required by law or explicitly granted by the License Guarantee.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Existing licenses remain valid under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
