Majik's Media collects the minimum information needed to deliver the Service: account email, license purchase history, and download logs for certificate generation.
What we collect
- Account email and display name (via Keycloak)
- License purchases (track, tier, project name, timestamp)
- Technical logs (IP hash, user agent) for rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Payment processing via Stripe — we never see card numbers
What we don't collect
- Behavioral tracking across other sites
- Location data beyond country-level billing
- Data we don't need to operate the Service
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time, which removes all personal data except anonymized license records required for legal verification. Email [email protected].
