What each license allows.

Every track on Majik's Media is AI-generated. There is no human composer, lyricist, or performer registered with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or any other performing-rights organization. That means no one can invoice YouTube, TV networks, or radio stations for royalties on these tracks — the license fee you pay us is the only fee that applies, worldwide, forever.

You own a non-exclusive license to use the track for your specified project, under the terms of your tier. You don't own the master recording or the composition itself. Majik's Media retains those rights and can continue licensing the same track to other customers.

Yes. The certificate is a signed record of your purchase containing the license tier, project name, licensee details, track identifier, and date. You can present it to YouTube Content ID teams, TV network standards-and-practices, or your own legal team to verify that your use is authorized.

No — each license is project-specific. If you want to use the same track in a second project, purchase an additional license for that project. Bulk discounts are available for agencies and production companies.

Email [email protected]. Exclusive licenses permanently remove the track from our public catalog for a custom fee. We'll quote based on the track's performance history and the exclusivity scope.

Attribution is appreciated but not required for the Creator, Commercial, or Broadcast tiers. The Personal (Free) tier requires crediting 'Music from Majik's Media' in your video description or equivalent.
